New Info on Thunder Force Character Unveiled Before Netflix Premiere

Jason Bateman gave a sneak peek into the background of his character for the upcoming Netflix film Thunder Force in an Entertainment Tonight exclusive interview. 

The interview was conducted with Jason Bateman on set, in which he is set to star in along with Melissa McCarthy and Octavia Spencer.

In the interview Bateman gave insight as to why his character has crab arms in Thunder Force, set to release on April 9th of this year. 

“My character became a crab due to an unfortunate thing that happened on his honeymoon,” Bateman revealed in the exclusive interview.  

The character played by Bateman is called ‘The Crab’ and was known to have crab arms since the official trailer of the film that was released on March 4th this year. 

Thunder Force will be a superhero film about two middle-aged women (Melissa McCarthy and Octavia Spencer), who became the world’s first superheroes.

The two middle-aged superheroes will have to put up The Crab’s antics while facing a villain known as ‘The King’.

The film will be directed by Ben Falcone, who is Melissa McCarthy’s long-time collaborator as well as husband of over fifteen years. 

Thunder Force will be the 5th film directed by Ben Falcone that has starred Melissa McCarthy.
