The Game of Life 2 has Finally Been Released on the Nintendo Switch

Released last year on other platforms, Hasbro’s official digital sequel to The Game of Life has finally released on the Nintendo Switch.

The Game of Life 2 was developed by Marmalade Game Studio, who have also made Hasbro’s Battleship and Cluedo into video games.

The Nintendo Switch release for the title coincided with a launch trailer on the official Nintendo YouTube Channel.

The game is marketed as a contemporary sequel to the original board game, with the ability to have new careers such as a Video Blogger, or Game Designer, as well as other new features.

Online and cross-platform multiplayer will also be features, along with customisable pegs, pet adoption, and more.

The new sequel to the classic board game (and its digital version) was released on the Nintendo Switch nearly a year after its initial release on IOS in July 2020, according to Metacritic.

The game is also a success amongst fans, with mostly positive reception on Steam, and has over four-hundred reviews.
