PAC-MAN 99 Announcement Trailer Goes Viral!
The announcement trailer for PAC-MAN 99 has become the most viewed video posted on the official Nintendo YouTube channel within the past two weeks.
The Nintendo Switch Online member exclusive game PAC-MAN 99 was released April 7th and its announcement trailer instantly made waves on social media.
As well as already having accumulated nearly 700,000 views on YouTube despite only being posted earlier this week, the announcement has also garnered mass attention on Twitter.
Popular user on twitter named @The_Lucbomber posted a gif referring to PAC-MAN replacing Nintendo’s title Super Mario Bros. 35, which is a similar title removed from Nintendo Switch Online seemingly permanently, and it has already gained over 23,000 likes.
PAC-MAN 99 is an online battle royale maze video game where the goal is to be the last PAC-MAN standing against 98 of your online opponents.
The game is similar to the 2019 title that was also released exclusively for Nintendo Switch Online members called Tetris 99, as well as the aforementioned Super Mario Bros. 35.
